A compulsory consultation is required before any beauty treatment to ensure maximum results and create a personalized, bespoke program tailored to your unique skin concerns and goals.

Our team of licensed aestheticians, dermatologists, and massage therapists are dedicated to providing exceptional service and results across our list of services.

We currently cannot cater to specific staff requests, but be confident that the staff member you get is fully qualified in the services they do.

- All appointments, including consultations, must be booked in advance via our online system.

- Payments can be made securely through Squarespace & Acuity using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major debit/credit cards.

- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if your appointment needs rescheduling. Your deposit will not be returned to you in instances of cancellation or no-show. Repeat no-shows run the risk of being blacklisted from our services.

- Late Arrivals: More than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment; 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling.

- Consultations may be required for certain treatments; fees may be deducted from your final treatment cost.

- Health & Safety: Inform us of any medical conditions before booking.

- No refunds on completed treatments, but contact us within 48 hours if you have concerns.

- Gift vouchers valid for 6 months, non-refundable & non-transferable.

- Promotions & discounts cannot be combined and must be used within the offer period.
